Community Service
If you are a new volunteer and need to perform community service you will first need to REGISTER and sign-up for a NEW VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION. At the orientation you will be provided with a VOLUNTEER HOURS TRACKING FORM which will allow you to keep track of your volunteer hours. You can also keep track of your hours through your online Hands On Atlanta volunteer account. Once you have completed all of the hours you need you may request a VERIFICATION OF SERVICE letter by contacting Stephen Ward at 404-979-2791 (phone), 404-979-2801 (fax) or e-mail. Please provide your full name, address, e-mail and phone number when requesting a letter.

Verification of Service
If you are in need of a letter on Hands On Atlanta letterhead stating the hours you have volunteered through HOA, or stating that you have completed community service through HOA, make sure the volunteer hours listed in your online account are up-to-date and contact Stephen Ward at 404-979-2791 (phone), 404-979-2801 (fax) or e-mail. Please provide your full name, address, e-mail and phone number when requesting a letter. A letter will be automatically generated for you within 24 business hours.

If you have been tracking your hours on a VOLUNTEER HOURS TRACKING FORM you may bring in, mail in, or fax in your form to us. Click HERE for Hands On Atlanta contact information and place Attn: Stephen Ward on any verification request.

If there is a discrepancy in the hours on your online account contact DaVida Lee-Williams at 404-979-2835 (phone) or e-mail.
