Join us for interactive learning opportunities that present citizens with tangible ways to come together and change their community through volunteerism and social action.

  • A conversation between Mrs. Coretta Scott King and journalist Tavis Smiley.

  • Kerry Kennedy will lead international human rights activists in a conversation on courage, strength and standing up for what is right in the face of torture, abuse, imprisonment and death threats.

• Workshop Highlights

  • Nonviolent Response to Gang Violence

  • Nonviolent Response to Terrorism

  • Poetry to the People: Poetry Slam and the Power of Words
