Atlanta BeltLine Speakers Bureau
Do you like public speaking? As a volunteer with the Speakers Bureau, you will play an important role by giving our Atlanta BeltLine 101 presentation to community residents, local organizations, business associations, and other interested groups. Volunteers in this specially selected group go through extensive training. Our Speakers Bureau training is currently not open as we reorganize the program for 2017. If you’d like to be contacted when the program reopens please express interest in the program and we will reach out to you in the future. The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership was formed in 2005 to provide the collaborative platform from which to advance the Atlanta BeltLine project. The Atlanta BeltLine is a sustainable redevelopment project that will provide a network of public parks, multi-use trails and transit along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor circling downtown and connecting 45 Atlanta neighborhoods. The Partnership works with Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. neighborhoods, businesses, community and faith organizations, and other groups to raise general awareness, and broad-based support, for the Atlanta BeltLine. We enable the project by raising money from the private sector and philanthropic community, engage the public through programming, events and activities, and work to empower the residents of Atlanta BeltLine neighborhoods via partnerships that bring about positive outcomes in the areas of health, housing and hope.
