All of the organizations listed below are Hands On Atlanta Partners and have gone through a comprehensive selection process, ensuring the best volunteer experience!

First Satruday at Chastain Park Saturday July 1st from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Chastain Park Conservancy is a volunteer, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the stewardship and renewal of Chastain Park's natural and developed resources. Do you like being outside? Do you appreciate nature and the environment? Come out to Atlanta's largest city park and help us keep Chastain clean, safe and green. General park beautification duties will depend on the varying seasonal needs of the park and include planting native grasses, removing invasive plants, raking, trash and graffiti removal. SIGN UP HERE!

Fulton County CASA Info Session Wednesday July 5th from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM Learn how to be an advocate for children in foster care with Fulton County CASA. CASA is the only volunteer organization that empowers everyday citizens as officers of the court. CASAs are community volunteers who are professionally trained to gather information about the child and his/her family, identify needs and possible services, speak on behalf of the child in court and monitor court orders and case plans to make sure that the case is moving forward. The People's Playground Lawn Rangers Sunday July 9th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM The People's Playground Lawn Rangers is a new initiative the Grant Park Conservancy has implemented to help tidy up Grant Park. While the city sends folks out for mowing and trash removal, it's up to us to control weeds, litter and other things that infringe on the natural beauty of our park. Naturally, like any good yard work day would end, we'll wrap things up at a local restaurant for mingling, free appetizers and discounted beverages. SIGN UP HERE!

Atlanta BeltLine Westside 5K Race Saturday July 15th from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM. The Atlanta BeltLine is sparking a fun culture of health, activity, and community in Atlanta. By providing parks, trails, transit and affordable in-town living – and by partnering with like-minded organizations – the Atlanta BeltLine is creating unique opportunities for healthier, more sustainable living in Atlanta. Now in its 7th year, the 2017 Atlanta BeltLine Run.Walk.Go! Race Series is the perfect chance to explore various trail segments and stay active. Volunteers will be greeting runner, helping with set up, registration, cheering & directing, and providing water and inspiration to run participants. Helping with clean up and take down so we leave the park clean for the neighborhood. SIGN UP HERE!
