Agency: Barrington Hall

Description: The mission of Barrington Hall is to preserve and interpret the 1842 home of Barrington King, telling the story of three generations of the family through programs, exhibits, special events, and interpretive tours.

Volunteers are needed to lead guests on 45-minute walking tours of Barrington Hall.  Training consists of attending three 2-hour orientation sessions and shadowing experienced docents.  Volunteers decide when they wish to donate their time.  We only ask a commitment of 4 hours a month.  Volunteers must complete a background check prior to serving.
