Description:
The Atlanta Center for Self Sufficiency (formerly Samaritan House of Atlanta) breaks the cycle of homelessness by enabling people to transform their lives through sustainable employment and income. Volunteers are needed to help with a variety of tasks at their EDGE (Earning Dignity, Gaining Employment) location, including: preparing breakfast serving breakfast passing out toiletries sorting donations in the clothing closet checking items in and out of the storage closet checking clients in and out at the front desk Volunteers are asked to commit to serve at least once per month.
