Description: Camp Kudzu educates, empowers, and inspires children with diabetes. Its programs include summer camp, weekend retreats, and other year-round support services that teach children with diabetes to live their version of a normal, happy, and healthy life.

Crooked Creek Marina on Lake Sinclair is hosting the Lake Country Freedom Festival this July 4th in Eatonton, GA. It will be a fun day at the lake, including live music, raffle prizes, a Kids Zone, vendors, and a fantastic fireworks display! Event proceeds will benefit Camp Kudzu and JDRF!

Camp Kudzu needs a lot of volunteers to assist with parking, vendor relations, stage crew tasks, first aid (medical professionals only), sanitation maintence, logistical tasks, and other responsibilities. Bring your family to volunteer for one three-hour shift and enjoy the rest of the day at the lake!
