Christian Parks is an AmeriCorps member passionate about mentorship, education, and personal growth. Through her service, she is dedicated to helping students build confidence, resilience, and belief in themselves while continuing to grow as a leader and educator. What do you like most about working with your students?

They’re constantly happy! They may have their moments but they want to bounce back just as fast. I also enjoy seeking the lightbulb go off in their minds!

What do you hope to gain from this experience?

A solid foundation for my future in education.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Teaching youth to be their best selves by giving everything 110% and never quitting on themselves.

Rock climbing and concert going. Soon to be jet setting again!
