Calling all business professionals, on April 25-26, 2022 DECA International Career Development Conference is looking for volunteer judges to sit across the table from DECA’s most talented members and evaluate their knowledge and skills they’ve developed all year.

DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. DECA is organized into two unique student divisions each with programs designed to address the learning styles, interest and focus of its members. The High School Division includes over 170,000 members in 3,200 schools. The Collegiate Division includes nearly 5,000 members in 200 colleges and universities.

Volunteers will provide the real-world expertise that sets their industry-validated competitive events program apart as you determine who will be named an international finalist.
