Hands On Atlanta’s High Five Party is back, this time as a fundraiser to celebrate our amazing volunteers! We couldn’t do our work without our volunteers, and they deserve a night filled with recognition, appreciation, and, of course, high fives!
We're hosting at Guardian Works, where there’ll be food, good vibes, and a stage for a short program to give awards and spotlight the volunteers and community partners who make our work possible. This isn’t just a party—it’s a celebration of service, a night of gratitude, and a chance to rally around the people who always step up when Atlanta needs them most.
Why are we throwing this shindig? Because in just a few months, we’ve engaged 40,000 volunteers—something that used to take us a year! Our 52 AmeriCorps members put in over 72,000 service hours, 30 Civic Leaders engaged 2,000+ people, and our top volunteers contributed thousands of hours to bettering Atlanta. That’s some serious impact, and it deserves some serious celebration. Let’s keep the momentum going by raising a glass (and a hand for a high five) to the volunteers who make Atlanta stronger every day.
