About

Since 1989, Hands On Atlanta has been the city’s volunteer hub, connecting changemakers to nonprofits and schools in need. From cleaning parks and feeding the homeless, to tutoring students and engaging corporations in service, our community is at work every day building a more vibrant city. We believe that everyone has the power to do something good. To learn more and to sign up to volunteer, visit www.handsonatlanta.org.

MLK Days of service Messaging

Join Hands On Atlanta for MLK Days of Service as we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through service across metro Atlanta.

Each year, thousands of Atlantans come together to support local nonprofits, schools, and neighborhoods through meaningful volunteer projects. From addressing food insecurity and supporting education equity to protecting and preserving our greenspaces, there are opportunities for everyone to make an impact.

Dr. King's legacy continues to inspire us to take action, strengthen our communities, and work toward a more engaged and equitable Atlanta.

This January, join your neighbors, roll up your sleeves, and Do Something Good.
