Hands On Atlanta is seeking a strategic and transformative Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong operational mindset, exceptional financial acumen, and a proven track record of building collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholders.
This leader will work closely with the Board of Directors, team, community partners, volunteers, and the broader Atlanta community to advance Hands On Atlanta’s mission of mobilizing the community to tackle the city’s most pressing needs. The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction, strengthening the organization’s financial position, developing the internal team, and serving as a visible and inspiring ambassador for volunteerism and civic engagement across Atlanta.
This is an exciting opportunity for a purpose-driven, strategic leader to take the helm of one of Atlanta’s most respected and visible nonprofit organizations. As CEO of Hands On Atlanta, the selected candidate will lead a dedicated team, work closely with a committed board, collaborate with community partners, and work closely with volunteers to deepen civic engagement and drive measurable impact across the city.
